About

Jessica is a certified personal trainer, group fitness, and spin class instructor with certification from CanFitPro and the YMCA.  She holds an honours B.Sc. in biology and is a registered yoga instructor.  She has a passion for the outdoors, the sport of triathlon, cycling and road racing events and is a Centurion cycling and Ironman triathlon finisher.
