Jessica Carson, B.Sc., PT, RYT

Jessica is a certified personal trainer, group fitness, and spin class instructor with certification from CanFitPro and the YMCA.  She holds an honours B.Sc. in biology and is a registered yoga instructor (RYT-200 hr).   She has a passion for the outdoors, the sport of triathlon, cycling and road racing events and is a Centurion cycling and Ironman triathlon finisher.

Jessica left a long and challenging career in hospital healthcare in 2005, after a traumatic leg fracture in a skiing accident.  Her own rehabilitation and journey back to fitness inspired her to devote her time to helping others achieve optimal fitness, in spite of their own obstacles.   She has been actively involved in the fitness industry for over 10 years, working at many fitness centres in the GTA and the Blue Mountain area before opening her own studio in Clarksburg, Ontario, Canada. (Located minutes away from Thornbury,  and a short drive from either Blue Mountain Village or Meaford).   She has a wealth of experience in creating programs for men and women all ages and fitness levels.  She loves playing outdoors and promotes outdoor fitness activities as part of a healthy workout regime.

Jessica is a Yoga Alliance certified yoga instructor and Level 1 Reiki practitioner.  She believes that a regular yoga practice calms the mind, restores the spirit, strengthens the body and balances your life.

Jessica embraces a healthy lifestyle that includes clean eating, mindfulness and good habits surrounding nutrition and whole food.  She coaches the fundamentals of a good food plan in her Learn to Eat… RIGHT! series.

Jessica provides a wide range of Fitness, Yoga and Nutrition coaching programs, all aimed at enriching life.  She believes that an active, able and conditioned body is the foundation for living with energy and vitality.  Her goal is to motivate and empower YOU to gain optimal health and wellbeing.
