Learn to Ride Group riding night begins May 16th!

Hey Cyclists! It’s been a long, cold spring, and June brings the start of cycling season! I’m really looking forward to riding with you every Tuesday in my Learn to Ride Coached Group ride. Please bring your road bike (tuned up, tires inflated), a helmet, gloves and water bottle.  We’ll begin at the Beaver Valley Community Centre at 6:30 pm and move through a  different route each week, riding between 1 and 2 hours and building essential cycling skills along the way. Wow!  Although it seems as though Springtime may NEVER arrive,  there ARE small signs of it everywhere: The Turkey Vultures have returned from their winter in the south and are gliding effortlessly overhead, and there are robins picking their way between the patches of melting snow in my yard.  I’m loving the longer daylight hours, and the warmth of sun on my face…..
