This event is presented by the Thornbury-Clarksburg Rotary club, with proceeds supporting local youth groups and youth charities. New Fall Schedule, Classes and Studio Closure

New goals, new challenges, new schedule! With the arrival of cooler whether,  the morning Circuit Strength classes will once again move to their later Fall/Winter timeslot and begin at 0900 effective Monday, September 9th.  I will be introducing new routines, new movements and new fitness challenges!
