Refer to the schedule to select the class and time and email Jessica to sign up.  Space is limited for yoga and indoor group fitness classes.

Print the waiver of liability and PAR-Q (Physical Activity Readiness Form) forms, fill them out and sign them.  (Extra copies are available at the studio.)

Bring a cheque or cash along with your signed forms to class, or arrive 5 minutes early and fill out the forms here.

Please bring along a pair of clean athletic shoes for Strength Classes, and dress is light comfortable clothing.

Drop in classes are $16.00, tax inclusive.  A 10-class pass is $120, tax inclusive.
