Blue Mountain Fitness and Yoga Schedule

Monday:  

  • 8:30 -9:30 am: Intense Strength Circuit Training
  • 5:00-6:00 pm:  Intense Strength Circuit Training (Advanced Level )
  • 6:30-7:45 pm: Vinyasa Flow yoga (all levels)  An athletic flow yoga class to build strength, facilitate injury prevention and restore the body.

Tuesday: 

  • Personal Training appointments…please email me to schedule.

Wednesday:

  • 08:30 – 0930:  Intense Strength Circuit Training

Thursday: 

  • 5:00 – 6:00 pm: Intense Strength Circuit Training
  • 6:15-7:30 pm: Vinyasa Flow yoga practice. An athletic flow to build strength, prevent injury, and restore the body.

 

Friday:  

  • 0830-09:30: Intense Strength Circuit Training

Saturday: 

9:00 am:  Circuit Strength or Vinyasa Flow Yoga  Note:  Please email me on Friday if you wish a Saturday Circuit Strength or Yoga session, and I’ll be happy to lead a class! Thanks.
