This yoga practice will challenge and benefit men and women of all fitness levels.  No previous yoga experience is required (see FAQ).

I love the opportunity to bring yoga to people’s lives, to connect with each other and the world around us.  I love a challenging, butt-kicking yoga practice!  I also love a quiet session that restores the body and the spirit.

I studied at the Yandara Yoga Institute in Baja, Mexico under Craig Perkins in the Sivananda style and Allison Eaton in Vinyasa flow and meditation.  My own practice incorporates elements of traditional Hatha yoga, Vinyasa flow, power yoga and restorative postures, while paying close attention to proper alignment of the body.
