I aim to inspire, motivate and empower you to gain your optimal health and wellbeing.  My approach to fitness training includes elements of cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength and endurance, core strength and flexibility into every workout.  I draw upon my knowledge of yoga and often add elements of this practice into your workouts.  I will also promote and support making healthy life choices surrounding eating habits and nutrition.

 My goal is to help YOU get the results that you’re after! 

I’m excited to work with beginner exercisers; introducing safe, effective workouts while at the same time proving that fitness can be fun!

I’m also able to challenge the advanced exerciser and athlete with high intensity, total body cardio-strength workouts to help you meet (or exceed!) your sports and fitness goals!

I will ensure that you leave your session feeling invigorated, empowered and ready to get on with your life!

Cost includes:  Fitness assessment, body composition analysis, a Nutritional review and food habit coaching.  Ongoing assessment and adjustments to your program to reflect your increase in fitness!

  • Semi-private training or small groups welcome!
  • Package of 10 private sessions: $800.00 in my studio, (or $950 in your home)
