NOTE:  The Studio will be closed between September 27th and October 11.  Strength classes resume on October 15.  Personal Training clients can email me to book a session on or after October 12.  Thanks!

 


Monday:

  • 8:30 -9:30 am: Intense Strength Circuit Training…..Class limited to 5 participants.  Please email me to reserve your spot.

Tuesday: 

  • Personal Training appointments…please email me to schedule yours!

Wednesday: 

  • 08:30 – 0930:  Intense Strength Circuit Training….Class limited to 5 participants.  Please email to reserve your spot.

Thursday: 

  • Personal Training

Saturday: Please email me to arrange a Saturday Strength or Yoga class!

9:00 am:  Circuit Strength or Vinyasa Flow Yoga  Note:  Please email me on Friday if you wish a Saturday Circuit Strength or Yoga session, and I’ll be happy to lead a class if I’m free! Thanks.
